When you follow the Exercise QRx workouts, you will feel your body becoming more fit as we gently progress your exercise sessions over the course of the program.

The great thing about these workouts is that you can choose to walk, run, bike, skate, or ski.

Q: How do I use Exercise QRx?

A: You can sign up for the program and receive daily workouts that follow a progression and plan, or you can just click the link for the workout of the day.

Q: Who are the workouts for?

A: For each daily workout you can find 5 different versions (1) general population, (2) women, (3) children, (4) older adults and (5) individuals with disabilities. The workouts will be very similar but will provide some variations, modifications, and alternatives when appropriate.

Q: Who writes the program and workouts?

A: The program is designed by Exercise Physiologists and the workouts are recorded by senior-level Exercise Physiology students at West Virginia University.

Q: What happens when I complete the program?

A: If you have followed the daily workouts through an entire program, you will probably notice that you have improved your fitness. The great thing about this program is that you can repeat it as many times as you like with your new and improved fitness level and continue to see gains.
